The Ravelco Anti Theft Device is installed in an easily accessible place beneath or flush mounted in the dashboard of your vehicle. A removable 16 pin male plug (which when not in use connects to your key chain) makes all the electronic connections. A hidden armored steel cable protects the wires from the rear of the RAVELCO base on through to the engine compartment where all the connections are made and camouflaged. When the plug is removed from the RAVELCO, it is impossible to start the vehicle. There are more than 100,000 different combinations. NO MASTER PLUGS. An impossible obstacle for even the most persistent thief. No Bells or Whistles . . . Just Results!
The system is installed by rerouting several of your vehicle’s most critical electrical circuits—such as the ignition, starter, and fuel system—through a hidden socket. A small removable plug, about the size of a quarter, contains 16 steel pins that line up with the socket to complete the circuits. Without this plug, the circuits remain open, leaving the engine completely immobilized. Every installation uses a unique wiring configuration, which means no two Ravelcos are alike. Thieves can’t simply “guess” the wiring because dozens of possible combinations are hidden within the vehicle. Even with advanced tools, bypassing the system without the plug is virtually impossible.
If your vehicle is a target for theft—whether it’s a work truck, SUV, classic car, or luxury vehicle—the Ravelco gives you reliable protection that doesn’t rely on signals, apps, or alerts. It’s a simple, mechanical solution that ensures only you can start your engine.
